I will told that Bill Elliott and Kasey Kahn drove this car in road courses, arc, some busch races $4,500 OBO

If it was Mopar small block it would be worth the money for driveline and scrap the rest.

Old race cars don't command a lot of money, unless with a well documented successful history. This appears to be a short track/road course, 105" wheelbase car judging by the "open" wheel wells. Likely a crate motor.
These cars were bought from teams and used by the driving adventure outfits.
