2016 Carlisle

A few of my Car-Budz here on FCBO have ask me in the recently if I'm on for Carlisle this year. At the end of 2015 the answer waz an emphatic HELL YAH. But for the last 5 months or so their have been some changes at the Olson Ponderosa that have altered my Car Show planz for this year and not real sure for how far into the future. I've held off putting a lock on that decision thru' Memorial Day but I see no other way this year then to stop dreaming and just say no Carlisle for Jer this year. Damn it, I'll miss all you SOBz this year but it has to be. '17 iz very much still on the docket tho'. I'll be around here trying to agitate az best I can too. Depend on that, Jer

Jer....if you can swing up to Shawano Lake the last week of July we can go bar hopping on the lake and pull in a few blue gills, walleyes, and some yellow perch.

there is always tomorrow, there is always next month, and there is always next year.

Unfortunately Stan that's not really the case. I've had several friends that don't have anymore tomorrows, so I have come to the realization that if there is something(within reason) that I have been wanting to do for a long time, I had better quit putting it off, because there are just so many "tomorrows".

So. . . I'm out another St. Paulie Girl. . . Jer, very disappointed you won't be able to attend Carlisle this year. I was really looking forward to seeing you again. Hope we can ALL be there next year.

Rip my Friend, Don't think of it as missin' ah St. Pauli at this Carlisle. Just think of it az me havin' another year to accumulatin' more fundz to invest in more St. Pauli for the '17 Carlisle. And raise ah bottle of what ever you have at hand and toast my good fortune to have the friendz I do on this site and the gathering at Carlisle of many of those friendz and other friendz that also will not be present this year. All that said without punctuation. And to think I actually did pass English Comp. two yearz runnin', lol

Yep. Accumulating funds is a wise idea. After all the 300 acquisition activity the last couple of months, I'm almost totally tapped out myself. I guess I could scare up a Yeungling or two and toast you and our anticipation of your presence at Carlisle next year. Stay thirsty my friend. . .
