I have been watching that one for a while. It all boils down to what the undercarriage looks like. It it's solid underneath, that's a steal.

Those things rust out in Arizona! I can almost guarantee the floor pans are now grass and flowers. Cowl is probably gone underneath too. If not rusted to death, cool rig for sure.

The tail gate is usually an good rust indicator on wagons. This one looks pretty decent. Could be a good project.
