300 mile Cruise, Chicken Chase, Sisseton,SD

Getting ready to embark on a road trip today to view fall colors. In total it will be about 300 miles for me. 100 miles each way to Sisseton, SD, then another 100 mile fall colors route.
I thought I could outrun the rain, but started, before I left the garage. I need to give it a good washing before winter anyway.

A little rain out there.

Fluids good, washer bottle full.

Rain off and on on the way down, one big down pour, but no issues or leaks.
Met at a little restaurant and ate lunch before we headed out. Mid 50’s windy and off an on rain.

Drove around Lake Traverse on the MN side of the border and then over to Morris MN. Saw some trees, and a lot of Farmland. Remember this is Western MN.

Stopped at a little farmstead outside of Morris. Signs, gas pumps, and oil cans. Nice little man cave.

More rain. Just over 300 miles today. It was a good trip though.

About a teaspoon of water in the trunk. I think it is coming in around my trim clips on the upper belt line where the trim goes across the vinyl.

Washed up and ready to put away. Now ready for the yearly wax before winter.
