I posted this a while ago. I had this motor built for my 65 Sport Fury by Ross Racing in Champaign Illinois. Now I’m leaning towards keeping the original 383-2v motor in the car.
Here is the info on the block as purchased
Dated 11-6-69 Complete Short Block Kit:
Fully Machined Block 4.360 Bore Thermo Cleaned / Shot Blasted / Bored & Honed (.040 ) / Decked / Align Honed
Steel Crank Ground .010 Mains / .010 Rods
New ( 440 Source ) Forged Connecting Rods
New Icon Forged Pistons
Chrome Moly Rings
Mahle Main, Rod & Cam Bearings
Cam Bearings Frost Plugs Installed
Dynamically Balanced
I then hired Jeff to do the following (his list):

• A Pair of New 440 Aluminum Cylinder heads, W / 2.20 Intake & 1.810 Exhaust Stainless Polished Valves , correct Hydraulic roller cam springs & retainers 440 Source "Stealth" Aluminum Cylinder Heads-store.440source.com
• New DNA Rocker Arms & Chrome Moly Shafts
• New Chrome Moly Hardened Pushrods
• New Chrome Moly Head Bolt Kit
• New Factory Style Fasteners kit (all bolts)
• New Steel Timing Cover
• New Oil Pan (Max Wedge 6 qt) with filter makes it 7 qts
• New Factory Style Valve covers
• New Premium Double roller timing set
• New Melling Oil pump with hardened drive shaft & pick up
• New Brass expansion (Freeze) plugs
• Complete Fel Pro Gasket Set
• New Mopar Style EdelbrockAluminum Dual Plane intake manifold
• New Edelbrock 650cfm Performer Carburetor
• New MP Electronic Ignition: Distributor, Coil & Spark plugs & Wires
• New Harmonic Balancer For Internal Balanced Engine

• All component parts painted factory original color
• Hedman Shorty Headers
The engine was completed, test run then shipped to me in Orleans, MA. I posted earlier that the heads were Edelbrocks. They aren’t. Here is a link to the test run about a year ago.
