That is a very good price for that car in that condition. I would have bought that and drove it down to LA. They are not hard to drive and keep up with modern traffic better than most anything from that era. I drive my '51 on the interstate and that car is a bit further evolved than mine. You couldn't get the chrome done for that price. That's probably the last year where you can feel a real connection to Walter P's Chrysler and that's cool on its own.
