Lots of patience needed to do this one. I would look for a four door parts car. somewhere, fabrication back to original will be a toughie. Super rare when done, though,

Love it!!!

Stock Hemi, black.... Wow. Super cool. I tell ya, I need to lean metal fab and welding for sheet metal.

My brain is sending all sorts of messages to me, about buying this car... :-/

And watching THIS VIDEO did not help at all... man man man, what a beautiful car !!!

"GO FOR IT"...... The world needs more restored FL cars.

Wrote and asked for more pic's n general info..!

X-cuse my ignorance, but what is "FL"... I hope it's "Forward look", and not FL as in "FLORIDA", as my Hurst 300 was plenty "Florida car" for me.. (rusty as hell and full of spider wasp "nests").

Don't know if all Florida cars are like that, but mine sure was rusty.. EVERYWHERE, and I scraped out several kilos of sand/dirt from those "wasp-homes" or "burrows" or whatever is is they are building..

PS: The forward look is STRONG with this one.. :-D

It is really ironic how valuable the finned cars have become. In the late 60's, you could not give them away, and Young people wouldn't have been caught dead driving one if they could afford it. I bought an eight year old 60' Desoto two door hardtop for $75.00 Dollars from my GodFather, who had a used car lot. He said that was more than what he gave for it at the Dodge dealer that he bought the trade-ins from. But My friends were so broke, they were happy I would let them in the car, no matter what it was. It was lime green, and people referred to it as the Batmobile. I am grateful I have a 56' Plymouth now, at least one finned car from the day.

Yes........ My FL reference was to "Forward Look". Had a moment of laziness there.
FL, FL is a Florida Forward Look. Which probably doesn't exist because of the rust issue you mentioned.

Theres probably 50 other guys drooling over that car right now. First to pull the trigger gets the biggest smile.
