63 new yorker head light replacement?

Ok.. seems like a dumb question.. but is their some trick to replacing the head lights on a 63 new yorker? All the back access is sealed. Is there some way to remove the outside chrome bezel to get at the bulbs? Thanks.

On the outside there is a screw between the openings on the bottom of the bezel to the outside of the bezel.
There is a screw in each opening upwards away from the center of the pairs.

I'm pretty sure this is the case.

All good now.. thanks much. That was the first replacement bulb done on this car.... unfortunately the old bulbs i had from a 66 nyer.. were replacement bulbs, not originals. Good part was cost was zero to replace it.
