Probably a parts car but complete with a 413 I think. Certainly worth $500. Marketplace - 1963 Chrysler New Yorker · Sedan 4D | Facebook

Ah yes, the old "ran when parked" routine. Yes, before the 35 years of dust storms and torrential Tucson monsoons. Kinda sketchy with no rivets on the VIN tag and he doesn't mention a clean title. That 413 looks like it's later model Chrysler blue. For $500 though, it might be good to part out to save from the scrap yard.

Before I had my license, a fell'a around the corner had a car about this year/model, he had done some work to it but I didn't check it out as he was a few years older than me, I think it had the prerequisite 1960's shackles on the back and I was maybe scared to say hi. heh But I just thought, shackles on granpa's car? As my grandfather that worked at a Chrysler dealership and had the latest year model and had one just like it.
Turns out this guy went in a direction in life that luckily I didn't happen to make contact with him till I saw his name mentioned as he was a member of the State Police Dive Team that recovered JFK Jr's. body off the coast of Martha Vineyard. :wideyed:

Retired now I think, I checked out his FB page and I think he still has a affinity for Mopars (trucks IIRC)
