Wow! If I were looking for one of these I'd have just found it.

Don't see too many of these would be a great parts car --- Arkansas parts title only!

White bucket seat, console interior, A/C, cross rams....
I want it, flood damage and all. Going to need a $60,000.00 ground up restoration, though.
But it would be worth it.

Exactly! But I'm not looking...

It doesn't make sense to me. Mud on the back seat, but the carpet is spotless. Could it have gone in *** first in to a pond and they total it?

I'm not sure you can convert a "Parts Title" to a regular title even after a full resto.

Seeing the photos, then the "water/flood" damage and "parts only" wording, almost makes a person want to cry.

Looks like a real "K", right? I wonder if it came with the ram intake from the factory. Any way to tell besides looking at the broadcast sheet?

No title required in Alabama. It could be registered here and then reissued a title in another state. Just saying.
Might work. Normally when an insurance claim is paid out on a vehicle it goes into the national database. People like Carfax etc use this database as do most insurers and states. It will most likely show up as a branded/ salvage or parts only title in most states. Not worth the risk IMHO. But the crossram with all the linkages and if the carbs are original should be worth the asking price. Did notice that the air cleaners do not look OE.

Here, On vehicles 1972 and older, all that is required to register is a dated bill of sale and the physical inspection of the vehicle VIN tag. (The vehicle must be presented for VIN inspection). No other agency's or lists are checked.
Carfax will likely have the flood damage on record if the Vin is checked, but no record of a salvage title.

CARFAX won't have squat, as the car is older than 1981. There is NO national database for cars and trucks older than the 1981 model year. The 17-character VIN became standard nearly worldwide in the 1981 MY. Older cars don't have a particular "standard", so there is the reason you aren't gonna find anything nationally on an older vehicle.
