When you look at the Chrysler Letter Series cars that were built between 1955 and 1965, the 300K had the highest build number. However, with a build total of 3,647, they still weren’t built in overwhelming numbers. You will find this 300K listed for sale here on Craigslist. Located in Swansea, Massachusetts, it is being offered for sale with a clean title. The owner has set a sale price of $13,500 for this Chrysler. A big shout out and a thank you has to go to Barn Finder Ikey H for locating this one for us.

Not a fan of the body but those cross ram are car ****

What is the proper color for the cross ram in '64? I am seeing turquoise, I love the orange on early lettered 300s. I know those air cleaners are wrong.

Not positive here but I am pretty sure A/C and cross ram wasn't factory on same car...

My K 'vert was an A/C four barrel car.... One of the few cars I actually miss...

Right color for the J+K short rams AND air cleaners would have been turquoise. The F+G got the red colored Long Rams with the same air cleaners 'cept in Gold, and we won't muddy the waterz by talkin' about the 300 H carz in '62. Those are the right air cleanerz on that K but somebody's chromed 'um. A/C in fact was a factory option on the J and the K 'cept ALL 400 J's came with the short rams, and you had to order them on The K's if you wanted them. Their will be a test on where the power booster was located on the J+K ram carz, lol. Jer

If I had to guess I'd say a Hydravac unit mounted somewhere less congested unless the earlier bellows style booster somehow figures in this quiz.

The master cylinder is accessed by a panel thru a panel in the wheel well or under drivers floor. I looked at one 20 years ago and it was awesome. This year car is very tight suspension and a blast to drive.

'64 waz the last of the ramz. Master cylinder and booster were located in the left fender behind the headlites. Take off the left steer tire to access it. And I mis-spoke on the color of the J+K air cleaners. ALL Rams air Cleaners '60, '61, '62, '63, and '64 came gold only and '62s were their own critter in shape and configuration, Right Pete? And I don't wanna talk about the 5-6 '62 with WATER HEATED Cross Ramz that were given birth, lol. Only reason I jumped in on this one iz that it seamed like our FCBO site waz gettin' ah bit heavy at timez. May I be the 1st to wish an early Happy Holidays to ALL MY CAR-BUDZ OUT THERE from the Ole' Guy. You'z all my family, Jer
