So, you guys aren't liking it for $6500, eh? The jury is still out with me on this one. No mention of drive train condition or any rust issues. Omission on drive train is likely a good indicator that it is either in poor working order or incomplete. If it were good, that'd be a selling point the seller would mention. I guess everything adds up fast on these ($$$).

I like this one, though. Not sure I'd she'll out $6500 for it either. Would definately need more info.

If Scott bought it, it would end up being the best example of a 65 300 L along with the best example of his 65 300, and he could join the lettered 300 club. :)

Wow...that looks eerily familiar to what I started with. I agree with most, the $6K+ asking price is aggressive, especially without mention if it has the original drivetrain. That car can be restored for $30K, maybe more depending on what interior came with the car. If leather, more than $30K. It looks to be the same color combo as mine as the white seat covers aren't original. Thanks for the suggestions guys, but if I told my wife I'm buying that car to restore I'd probably have to live in it. Ether that or sell one of my other cars and I don't want to sell the Goat and my 300 gets the nod over this one because mine has power vents. :eek:s_dancing2:

Love the power vents!
