65-66 Chrysler Center Dash AC outlet Removal

I'm trying to remove the center dash AC outlet. I have removed the flexible duct and the two nuts on both sides of the vent/outlet but it still won't budge. Is there still some other fastener, clip or retainer that has to come off in order to remove this outlet? I can't find anything in the FSM that mentions this.

I found the other two fasteners. There are 2 on each side.
