65 convertible idler damper rebuilder?

I know it's a long shot but does anyone rebuild those dampers on the convertible only idler arms? Mine is leaking fluid so I suspect it needs a reseal with some viscous fluid but I read these are serviced as a unit only? Anyone know how to address this or convert to a more conventional setup?
