I am selling my 1965 Dodge Monaco. It needs a complete restoration. I have at least 2 of everything to complete the car. Both rear fenders have typical mopar rust, but not too bad. I am willing to negotiate on the price but no low balls.

I do not understand how this man believes that he has 4000 dollars worth of car right there. It would take 10 to 12 more just to get it on the road.
