Way too many cosmetic flaws in this one for the $23,000 opening bid.
Passenger fender looks like ostritch-skin under the paint.

They didn't even see the need to wash it.

Relisted for 22k opening bid. That's a $1000 savings! (in the sellers mind)
Opening bid needs to be at least $10k lower IMO to get any interest from knowledgable buyers.
