I'm doing some scanning for HH (Some nice items coming) and came across this 66 C-P-I Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) correcting the '66 C-P-I FSMs on VIN codes.

I don't know. I've never seen one or any printed description as to what that is.

This applies to 1966 Dodge, also; as the same exact errors appear in the '66 Dodge FSMs.
