66 console wiring

a poor ole fella i know is trying to hook up the console wiring in his 66 300 convert, hes converted it from buckets buddy to buckets console shift.
hes got the wiring for the console lights but isnt sure where it plugs in to the main harness

EDIT hes got the wiring to the kick panel but is trying to figure where it would plug/connect to
he doesnt want to splice/wire it in just yet and then discover theres a better way.

any body done this already ?

Separate harness which plugs into body/dash harness.

ok got some more info from him he has the wiring harness to the body /dash harness to the kick panel but doesnt see where to plug/connect it in
any advice greatly appreciated !
