66 Fury III Antenna

Does anybody have any suggestions on a hideaway or screw-in antenna? It’s not very fun pulling my antenna every time I have to put the car away. My dad has a screw in on his 66 Charger, but the sloped fender makes it harder on my Fury. Thanks in advance!

I have no garage/cover so I have to cover it for the winter with a tarp for the time being

Perhaps, like with a car cover, a slit for the mast to stick through, then wrap and seal the mast to the tarp with a plastic trash bag or similar?

The type of antennas Chrysler used looked good, were stout, but lacked the flexibility of a 1969+ removable stainless steel mast antenna. As you know, the bad past is the antenna is mounted to a contoured surface, which can make even the aftermarket universal antennas not look good.

Get one of these grommets and install it where the antenna is. That is what everyone does with a car cover.
