Tried to contact this seller many times by email, but no luck. Probably some kind of scam. Just don’t understand what kind of scam, because no replies and no phone number

IMHO, that car isn't worth chasing. The quarters have obviously been repaired with those eBay junk patch panels and those areas are starting to rust again.

Do yourself a favor and look for cars that originate in the southern or western states in the US. You will pay more upfront but the overall cost will be much less.

This one is a rust bucket. Jack Tant is 96 years old. The engine could have been built at his shop, but I'll bet it was years ago. Check out the question on this Facebook post I found in a search. It might just be a sticker on the valve cover or it might be a used up dirt track race engine. It hasn't run in 3 years, so I'll bet the engine is junk.

That said, if the seller sees that you are overseas, he might not want to get involved with an overseas sale.

Yeah, i can see it has rust issues, but i can weld. Also i have 440 motor that i would put in, so jack engine would be gone anyways. This would not be a show quality car, just fun topless cruiser.
