First Goldie seems to be the only c-body in the county I live, in Ohio, so I get excited when I see one. I was drive old Route 40 this evening and a saw a group of classic cars from Ford trucks to a Stingray, but right in the middle was a red '66 Polara convertible.

Any member/stalkers out there on Route 40 tonight? He definitely saw me because there were no other cars in my lane and he waved.

I was going to get pizza or I would have spun around and joined the pack.

Pretty certain it was a '66. Why am I forgetting about a '65 from Ohio?

Oh yes, a beautiful red 65' custom 880 Convertible, I sold it to a Guy in Pennsylvania, that sold it to a guy near London, Ohio. Original California car, restored. I was brain dead the year I sold that car. If it ever shows up again, I have the VIN# records.
Who knows, could it be?

That is too cool. I bet that was it. I only saw a glimpse of the front and didn't realize the similarities to the '66 Polara. I recognized several of the cars being local.

What a small world. I will keep a look out. I see the Stingray all the time he lives further back in my development. I'll wave him down and ask if he knows him personally.

red Buckets seats, 69' 383 Roadrunner drivetrain. No Polara badge, as was the 880. Your area is a very nice place, at least as I saw it while driving through. There sure seemed to be a lot of mobile homes in the beaver falls Pa area. I'm not used to seeing that around here.
