I'm getting ready to have mine painted. Was thinking Black Cherry. This car solidified mydecision. Nice everything else though.
It was so much easier to build a Mopar in Michigan than in Florida, with all the parts available up there.

Which brings up a good point. Should we be doing factory colors on these cars or are custom colors ok?

For the Fury 65 and up they'll never be worth a lot of money. So I say do what makes you happy. If you want to paint the car a color from the year of your car, any factory mopar color or some crazy custom color. Do what you like. Some people may not like. But you're not trying to make other people happy you're doing it to make you happy.

Except for you 65Fury440 we're too close to one another to have competing black 65 Sport Fury. :)

Yep and that is EXACTLY why mine isn't going to be black.

Factory colors please

I just don't like this paticular car in red. Seen a few of them. I saved this car from a drag racer fate, so it's never going to be a points car, or anything remotely close. I plan on having everything I can get painted the new color, firewall, inner fenders, door jambs, under hood and decklid. I hope it comes out well.
It will be worth half of what I have into it, I don't think having the original red will make it worth a dime more.
I agree though most cars should be a factory color.

I think it doesn't matter what other people want... It's your car and you put a lot of money into it. Do what you like and not what the "community" like....

As long as you're happy with it, it's probably right.

Red isn't usually on my list but this car wears it well along with the wheels and the stance.

I wish it were red. But its orange. I don't like orange cars. Same color as the garbage trucks in germany...

That's orange?

I still like it, the truck that picks up my garbage is dark green....

I thought we only had orange-brown issues; now red too ?

Ok fine, it'd be better in green or brown!
