The seller came here a while ago to have us give him more information on the car.
The interior is blech.

<cough, cough> That is the seller posting the car for sale. Which would be why he said, "this is my car..."

Still a repost of a car I highly praised last time.
Wishing you success this time around 67Imp.

Very stately as Stan would put it. Best of luck with the sale.

The thing that stands out most about the car and ad is the state of the market. By any objective standard, it's a nice car. If that was a Cadillac in that condition, with that level of correctness, it would be snapped up in 3 days at $6,000.

Yes. In '67 and '68 they offered the base sedan, just called Imperial Sedan as a 4-door post car. Production was not high: like 2,000 each year.

I personally couldn't do a B-pillar in a luxury car.

Probably just too hard to prove and really, what value would it add?

I say the roof line adds a premium to the price. Ever seen one? I like it.
Just get the interior coordinated one way or another.

Gee, (snide remarks aside) the forum is 'C-bodies FOR SALE', a proper place to post such an ad I would think. Yes, I asked for some info a while back, and appreciated it. I can't say I would have ordered the car with a blue interior myself, but by all accounts (fender tag) that's the way it came. The market for this type of car is limited to be certain, but anyone interested would be getting a good, solid, rust free car at a reasonable price. Scott.
