I checked on Nadaguides, it didn't give me and option for the 318 v8, so I chose the 273 v8 and it said low retail was about $6125.

Needs thousands of dollars worth of parts and has had no attention for ten years, much of which was spent outdoors. A few dressup parts under the hood but nothing remotely resembling the kind of work you need to do on an engine that sat that long. Needs paint and interior. Is the dash cracked? How does the steering wheel look? Where's the fan shroud? I presume an air cleaner was standard in '67. Is the electrical system sound? Radiator? Gas tank? I love these cars but it's a money pit.

Thanks! Thats what I want to avoid, a money pit...convincing the wife to let me buy an old classic was hard enough, so I need to save save save to get something decent.

Waaaay over priced for a 318 2bbl no fun motor. The guy obviously isn't serious about selling it. Oh, I've not had one old mopar that was NOT a money pit...some more so than others...goes with the territory. If you want something economical your looking in the wrong place.

I agree with TallHair.

It isn't really badly overpriced at all.. It just needs some attention.

Here Canada it would not be on the market very long at all!

looks like a $5000-5500 car to me. needs paint ,interior and top. must be a reason he is getting rid of the convertible and keeping a 4 door.

Yeah it's tempting, but I am not ready to buy, so I don't want to waste the sellers time by just being a tire kicker and get his hopes up of a sale, I'm still saving my money for now.

His gf Needs a new pair of Pants ;)

Seriously, a look at it from a nearby member could still be rewarding to the seller if a second Party publishes a good opinion of the car.

I think it's way overpriced, it would be a good deal around $3000-$4000. interior is about 250 for the carpet, 1500-2500 to redo all the seats, 1000 for the door panels. you may just want to find a more finished car if your gonna spend 5-7k

The car is a very good project for someone .. it's just a matter of introspection, inspection, negotiation, and price

It could be anything from a buy it, drive it, and fix it up driver or RB or New Hemi, 4/5 speed, full boogie, restification, wild ride or something in between

Gobs of potential

If someone hear was interested in in it seriously, I would be willing to go look at it for you.
I like the look of the car, but needs too much work for me, I would imagine the engine probably needs rebuilt along with the trans, and thats going to be costly so for me personally I would save my money to get something more completed.

Its nice looking but I still say it is priced on the high side. One could do better than that with $7.5K in pocket.
