Pretty solid body, floors, trunk excellent , only rust is small place on 1/4 panels, was a daily driver a few years back, pulling 383 out and will come as a roller, with original 318 that needs rebuilt,, 2k firm

Everybody is entitled to their opinions, the 383 is fresh it alone is worth more than 2k , in my area anyhow, sure I'd sell with the 383 but price goes up, was just using it to put in my son's scamp, kinda sad, looks like this sight is no different than any other sight I'm on.

I didn't ask anybody's opinion, I'm just not that way, I'm 46 yro, iv served my country, raised 8 kids, and I have several hot rods and buy and sell allot, I have never give or told anybody that there stuff is not worth what there asking, I just keep to myself and move on, but like I said everybody is entitled to their opinion.

Basically trying to let you know what the market will bare...
We see many listing come thru this site.. We see what sells and
at what price..
A car w/o engine and with rust needing body work and paint
that is a reasonably major expense has shown us that the market
doesn't support what you are asking for your car in the ocndition
it is being listed..

I can respect your comment, and I appreciate it, I do not know where this sight is out of, but where I'm from this car will sell!,. I've owned for 10 years, just few years back drove it 700 mile round trip, it's not a basket case, I own several hot rods, 67 chop top, 32 Ford coupe show car, 67 impala, 72 scamp, along with other stuff, I too know what the market it, and I agree it's different from location to location, but I'm sorry, I do not see at all that my asking price is crazy hi, I'll use the rearend, tranny, wheels and other stuff and take it and crush it before I give it away, the last this car was drove the speedo and everything worked, even original clock and cigar lighter worked, it's been stored inside most of its life until last few years I had to put it out do to other vehicles worth more money, I'm not trying to argue with anybody, just trying to move a car, and if not, I'll keep it and use it for something, Thanks all for your help, I'll try and take the post down when I get time and figure it out.

arent the kframes different for 318 / 383 ?

IIRC - then - that 318 is worthless as part of the deal - as it wont fit.

whats the fender tag say it came with from the factory ? pic?

The 318 is the original motor that came out of this car in 1967, the 383 was rebuilt it's a 69-70 model (can't remember) 383 steal crank, etc..but it was installed about 11 years ago, those cars came with 383, just not this one, it's original 318 and I can provide the VIN and plate I'd your interested.

No, saylor.. There are only two stub frames aval for C's.. 6 and V8..

Honestly don't understand the responses you've received to this point. Normally people are not so abrupt about they're opinions when they know it is the posters car. My guess is they didn't realize it was your car. Everyone will have an opinion of the value of your car, post it for what you think it's worth. If it sells, great. Please don't take this thread as indicative of the usual discourse on here.

There are a lot of opinions expressed on this site, that's what the disagree button is for at the bottom.

Xenon is correct, 67 Fury's used the same stub frame for all V8's.
