Az car,not operable,i do not have papers, email with any questionsThis vehicle is being sold for parts only and is not operational or street legal. Therefore, upon purchase, it will need to be either towed or trailered. eBay encourages its members to learn about their state laws governing vehicle sales prior to the sale or purchase of a vehicle

i'm sure it's not the first time he's been asked that-can't blame him. the guy has many cars for sale at the same time in similar or worse condition.

All it take's is a little common sense.
#1. RTFAd!
#2. Don't sound like a retard!
#3. Be reasonable. Example:
Question: Do you sell parts from your cars if they don't sell over time? Thank you.
Answers: Sorry, we do not part out our cars. Thank you for inquiring.

That's the greatest thing I've ever seen! He said he was parting it out.

The statement is the car is being sold for parts, nothing about parting it out.

I assume because he has no title and doesn't want to be bothered, that doesn't stop one from trying to get a new title and restoring this.

I have seen cars on ebay that the seller listed a horn button and in the listing showed a car with a note to request for other parts in the description.
