A salvage title usually means the insurance company paid out the value of the vehicle because it was totaled in an accident or a flood. But the ad says runs great, a California rust free car, sure doesn't look totaled. Maybe the status of the title is incorrect in the ad. Worth checking with the seller because this car sure looks like it's worth the price.

I saw a car for sale on Kijiji Canada site, parts only which had Black seats in it, no engine or trans, was a bit rough...
