This may be scary "Car has original title". I don't know what the title situation is these days in Massachusetts or the buyers state but I think "Legal current title in sellers name" would be better.

I checked out this car about 3 months ago. It's pretty far gone. The floor is bad, subframe is bad, trunk pan is bad, and it has a good napa battery that I left behind on accident. The engine does run well, it's got an Edelbrock carb with a bad accelerator pump. The guy won't work with you on the price, Even if you show up with a trailer and cash.
