Oh yes, I would say $4000 would be a fair price if there aren't any surprises. I'm just in awe of these Wisconsin cars without rust. I grew up there in the 60's and early 70's and these (all) cars were driven year round (I didn't know anybody that garaged cars for the winter). I would see 4-5 year old cars driving in Wisconsin and Illinois that had severe rot half way up the side of the car. That was a common visual then. Probably still is.
