Too Bad it doesn't have a red steel roof, I'd be tempted but then I've had my long roof big car. I do love the backend of the '68 300, Remindz me of the Turbine Carz. Folkz that drive drop topz don't know about that new invention called A/C yet, lol.

I tried to see it when I was out there in early October. Owner is a complete flake... gave me a story about his buddy painting the car (in a carport!) the next week, and that I'd really like it then! (I'll bet) Tried a few more times and finally gave up. Beware... something is going on with this one, perhaps fishing for the guy who'll pay $15k instead of $5k.

That said, it looks promising in the pics!

You must be confused Jer..... :poke:
Hard to beat a hot evening crusing with the top laid back and the A/C on......

Well Carmine I guess I'll just have to try to go look at it. The "flakes" can be the fun ones to deal with!

By all means. Consider my experience a heads up! If I "needed" another C, I would have pursued it harder. It's just amazing to me that this car has been listed since April (I now remember I first called while out for Spring Fling, not in October) at some points for less than $5k and hasn't sold.

I know, it looks like a pretty clean car in the pictures. My buddy saw it in the guys driveway way back in the spring and took a picture of it to text me. The guy saw him take the picture and stated yelling at him "what the hell are you doing" I guess he thought he was from the city or something.

"I'm capturing your soul with my witchcraft box!"

Have fun in crazytown, we will expect a full report.

O.K Chris, O.K. Dave, & to all those that like the wind in their hair. I waz ridin' Hawgz and Triumphz before Brando stared in the Wild One AND and doin' it in SoCal. Az I've mellowed over more then ah few passing decadez, I've come to prefer the comfort of being able to adjust my surrounding tempturez to suit my wantz 'n needz. You guyz like ridin' around with the top down when it'z 100*+ and tellin' folkz "It'z ah dry heat so it'z not really all that bad" FINE, TELL THAT TO THE TURKEY WHEN YOU STUFF HIM IN THE OVEN. Remember what happened to him just this past week? Me, I like that new A/C invention, Jer

Ammm? Pretty sure it'z here to stay Pal, like so many other thingz we've come to enjoy. Have you converted your Formal to R134 Yet? All my old toyz have been converted since the mid '90z and I can't remember the last time I sat on ah throne that I couldn't flush and swated flyz, gone to the pump house for ah bucket of water to drink or even chop wood so I could burn ah steak. Whenz the last time you used a crank phone or ah party line or turned the 25-50-75-100 lb window card around for the Ice man to see so he could save another trip to the house, lol
