1968 Dodge Dart 270** MOPAR**
Up for your consideration is a 1968 Dodge Dart 270 4-door (I know, but she is REALLY CLEAN!)
225 cu in +.020
Trans and engine were replaced with professionally rebuilt trans and engine about 3,000 miles ago.
Odometer shows 83-K on the body.
Cylinder head milled .050.
New engine mounts.
New timing chain and gears.
Front suspension rebuilt.
Steering rebuilt.
Front manual disk brakes.
3-core radiator (I know, 6's never over heat. It was $40 more for the 3rd row, so I splurged. The thermostat should be changed.
New intake manifold.
New 2-barrel carb.
New exhaust manifold.
New brake lines (except for left & right axle.)
New hoses.
New air shocks
Aftermarket Tachometer installed
New tires.
5-date coded rallye wheels.
Some scratches here and there. A long scratch on the driver's side rear, but basically, a really solid car with original paint! Hell, the Am radio and parking brake works! A great economy EMP prof driver that comes with a trunk full of spare parts! You would need to adjust the brake proportioning valve to suit your tastes and the kick down linkage could use and eyeball. Nothing, I mean nothing that interferes with this pleasant driving sedan.
