"1968 Plymouth Fury III Convertible. One very nice correct refinish on solid/straight body. Always garaged & pampered. 44K actual miles, have build sheet. Strong & detailed/tight 318 V8, automatic. Very rare and desirable cold Factory A/C. Power steering. Like new black power-top. Nice radials. Deluxe factory correct mag style hub caps. Factory tinted glass. excellent original 2 tone dark blue/light blue bench seat interior with center arm rest and nice matching boot cover, great dash/steering wheel with no cracks. Nice dual exhaust. Detailed trunk. Runs/Drives/Looks awesome! $9,950 Bob 612-991-1027."

Car looks pretty good. No interior pics though.

I blame the designers. How about giving some thought to getting the exhaust out from under the car without rotting a hole in anything. Too much to ask for?

The stock exhaust on these cars sucks. Unless you're trying to really restrict the flow of the exhaust gas & rot a hole in the bumper, then it's perfect for that.

Whoa, Ross!!! Don't twist my reply. YOUR remark, and only remark, and only one I was responding to, was the remark about creating rust holes in car bodies. I HAVE NOT seen that since the sixties - before you were born. The factory designed turned down tips before reaching the bumper work extremely well. Restrictive? That was never mentioned.

I just bought a nice clean 2000 RAM 4X4 with 60K miles for my son's first car. The truck is super clean except for one thing, a fucken perfectly round hole in the right side just above the exhaust. Bullshit....

OK, but I need to have a few drinks first.

I'll be home for a couple weeks pretty soon here & I'll post a picture of the hole.
