SOLD 68 Polara Jack hold down bracket and clear pictures of assembly

Many years ago (when I was new to this) I was cleaning up my shop and threw this bracket away. (Don't ask me why) By the time I figured out what I had done the garbage was gone.

I am in need of this bracket that holds the jack assembly in the trunk. I would also welcome clear pictures of the assembly and all the parts involved. I do have a jack decal, but it is not very clear. If I recall correctly it is very close to the one in Stan's wanted add a few years ago.
