Nice....but you would need the six pack hood for carb/air cleaner clearance. LOL!

70 fury GT...71s were slated for it but was canceled

there was one setup made for W/ AG and one W/O AG for 70 B bodies bodies .. only one setup for 69.5 cars

there was another made for E body 340 6 Pack cars w/o shaker and w/ shaker and another w/ and w/o set for 440 cars I believe

probably missing some



Now as far as height goes 70 B body 383 AG cars had a taller breather and 440 4 BBL AG cars had a shorter breather .. base plate is the difference due to the height of the RB over the B engine .. this may apply to shaker cars too on E bodies but I'm no expert

The one that was on my Sport Fury GT (wasn't a 6bbl car) was a cut down 69 A12 piece. The flange that seals to the hood was cut off.

Cleared the hood with no problem.

There's enough room for any of the six pack air cleaners.

That's what I figured John but haven't had one on a C body or measured so ..

addendum to my earlier post .. the differences I mentioned on the 6 BBL set ups had nothing to do with height

I seen a Sport Fury with a six pack a number of years ago. At the the time I thought someone was being creative and I didn't know they made a few V-codes...I didn't check the VIN on that car and see if it was factory V-code car.
