I am searching for a 69 Dodge Polara 1-14 certified speedo for my 69 Wagon...Please let me know if you have one, know where one is, or have any leads. NOS or used. Ready to purchase.

In 22 years I've seen two 69s and 1 70 certified speedo for sale. The 70 was 21 years ago that I lost the bidding on e bay. My max was a hundred .
I have a feeling though Wyatt you will find what you need with your persistence.

Back in the day I had a 86 Grand National, the speedometer only went to 85, I sent it out instrument specialties, they recalibrated it to 140 and silk screened the face. Might be an option.

But it wouldn't be real.
 
True, it might be expensive as well, just an idea, it can take months/years to find the right part sometimes.
 
I got my certified 140 for a 69 Polara off Ebay in 2006 for $30. Haven't seen one since.
