69 Fury/Mopars rear safety belt/s

Can someone kindly advise what was the standard rear seat safety belt arrangement please?
Was it two Lap/Sash plus middle lap belt or all lap belts etc.
I am investigating in having some made here in Oz but need correct/style configuration.

3 lap belts was the standard config. (2) outboard shoulder belts in addition to the lap belts were rarely seen. So rare, that I've never actually seen one so equipped. But the parts are listed in catalogs, and the knockout holes can be seen in the package shelf. They were probably offered just to qualify for some obscure government bid process.

Of course that's US spec. Down-under they may have offered the same, or perhaps some sort of trained kangaroo that pushed his feet against your chest.
