69 Imperial build Sheet

Hey everybody, been a while since I signed on, but I just found a build sheet in my paperwork. I believe it is for a 1969 Crown Coupe Imp that I sold to a gentlemen I think in the Chicago area. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name or his number. If anyone happens to know this guy please have him give me a call @ 720-849-7667 & I'll mail it to him. thanks
