I hope the ghetto chic'ers don't see the picture of it in Christmas lights!!!

Yep, Ross is probably drooling over that car....

Hell yes. I'm not sure about the christmas lights deal but that is one cool car.

It isa kool car, love that turquoise, can't wait for my RR to be painted!

That'll look great on a Road Runner, a guy I know owns a 68 model in that color (dark turquoise I think).

Somewhere in the resto thread on the RR over on FBBO there's a pic showing the color. Before I installed the upper cowl I had the inside of the plenum painted body color so that when you look down through the vents you don't just see over spray. I actually used the panel bonding adhesive to install that piece instead of welding as I figured that was a good way to create a seal for the plenum and also didn't want to risk any wind noise in that area. Admittedly I also didn't want mig sparks dancing around in there on my new paint either.

Hi,

got some more pics of it last year. A major project. Just look at the dasboard passenger side. It is warped downwards, interieur is trashed, rust, needs mechanical work. I really like it but decided to leave it were it is.

Have a 71 Imperial Coupe which was FQ5 from the factory.
