Was it available in Canada with 318s?
In the US the smallest engine was 383-2 for a Newport that year

I think that has to be a transplant. Don't remember any fuselage Chryslers with 318s up here back then. Or maybe he doesn't know what it is.

I've NEVER seen any early fuselage Chrysler with a stock 318 either. The 71' Newport custom could be had with the 360 but unless I'm wrong, that's the smallest engine you could get.
