What's the use mentioning a numbers-matching engine with this rig ?

Change out the steering wheel and I'd drive it. I'm not even a big fan of red and I like this one. I'd say change out the wheels too but I'd wear out the tires first.

Someone has been watching too much Counting Cars.

I just really hate this car and what has been done to it. . . I wonder what it would cost to fix it ?

Not even possible to fix this thing, at this point it isn't even a parts car. Find the original thread, it was a decent driver, then every piece of it was molested and tortured into it's present state. This one belongs on the Craigslist Moron thread. Unfortunately, it will never sell and we will have to suffer through it's reposting every 6 months, or at least I will, LOL!

:soapbox:

You guys are harsh, what's done is done. I personally would have made none of the choices that were made on this one but I like other flavors of ice cream besides vanilla.

Am I bad for liking it? I do love an original car but for some reason I like this one with all the mods except maybe the steering wheel...

At this point would it be wiser to Pay a ton of money to take it back to Original?

or Drive it off a Cliff?.....

An original car will be desired the most forever.
The crowd that finds this desirable now won't be there for you in the future. And nobody will replace them. You're stuck with an Avocado Whirlpool.

You're right Stan. If these same mods were done to an original '67 silver on silver Imperial it would be harder for me to digest. I'd get over it pretty quickly though, remembering about all the sweet cars that have been forgotten and rotted away or crushed. Then I'd remember how I wanted to have an evil twin pimped out version of my car, get out my wallet and buy it the whole while very happy that I didn't have to be the one to do all the mods except bag it so I could drop it to the ground when parked.
