just purchased 1970 fury convertible . looking for contacts regarding used or new parts . appreciate any input , info or advise .

Only 1952 built, so saving another one is a great plan. Also the 1970 model was the last built by Plymouth so it could become a collectors item. Need to see some pictures and what options it has.

been out of town and away from my computer . really appreciate the welcome from everyone . when I get my car back home I will post some pics still require some exterior parts so I will have to put a list together . hoping to get a little direction and info. thanks again guys .

Hello there, I own a Dodge cousin of your car. If you're in Chicago, then you're not far from Wyatt (@71Polara383 ). Any pics of the car?

Very nice! It'd be great if you could post your fender tag here:

Lets Play A Game: Last Of The Convertibles

PS: for some reason I thought you were in Chicago -- if you're in Ontario, we have several members here (including Fred, who owns one of the nicest 1970 Polara convertibles around).

Would love to know if this is an actual TX9 car. Fuselages always look mean in black.

Though I'm sure i know the answer - I see dual exhaust and dual snorkel - Super Commando? Or just some sprucing up by previous owner?

I believe this car is originally from Georgia . I don't think it's the original motor. haven't had any time this summer to research any aspect of the car unfortunately . currently the car is put away for the winter . looking to retire in the spring so i'm going to try and source some parts this winter. glad I joined the forum prior to buying the car. everyone is very helpful.

The fender tag appears to be missing, possibly it's around somewhere? My nicest C is missing it's tag and it's a 98% original, give or take. Absolutely gorgeous car! Way to retire in style!

Dang it! I hate when I do my quotes wrong, I can't even edit it properly. I stink at computers.

looking for v.i.n ?

My last post didn't come out as planned, so I will say again, gorgeous car! Way to retire in style! And the tag people are asking for should be on the radiator support by the battery, yours appears to be missing? It contains codes that indicate options, build date, and the like. The VIN has some info, you may also be able to find a build sheet behind the back seat. There may be one in the front seat(s) if not in the back.
