Says it is professionally restored. What is going on with the right rear lower quarter panel - looks like a stainless steel trim panel or patch panel of some sort?

Professionally restored and parked outside under a cover. We have seen this one before and it has to be over a year ago with the same pics. I wonder what it really looks like now? Hopefully just as good because I do like the color combo a lot.

Hard to say with the limited info. Making some big assumptions such as if the rear quarters have not been hacked, the body, frame floors are good, the interior and dash pad are good, the 383 has good compression and everything is mechanically sound I would settle for 10% off the asking price. Otherwise the price drops quickly. my .02.

I say around $5k as it just does not look like it was done well, just a poorly done "restoration" but what do I know?

I thought this car was restored in Montana or ND 3 or 4 years ago and then was sold into Canada? Dave will know....

I agree, the location of this car is hurting the sale. The color combination and lack of options doesnt help either...
