Just cleaning it up and getting the trash out of it will improve the looks of this Ny'er. A $1000 offer might turn this into a nice project. Doesn't look rusty at all.

I wish I weren't so poor....If the motor is still good I'd absolutely make a run at it. 2DR New Yorker, 440, 1/2 decent interior, A/C, pwr this and that...body doesn't look to bad for what its worth. It's way too nice for derbies for sure.
