Not a 71 GT wheel. Appears to be a solid aluminum wheel. 71 GT wheels are two types, painted steel with a wide trim ring and a black center cap or a regular slotted road wheel with regular trim ring and gear top center cap.

The bad thing about those solid alum rims is they are only 6", plus the factory centers are kinda ugly.

However... a creative person could adapt some factory parts and perhaps create a good looking, unique rim.

Without the center caps, they look like the wheels that came on "B" and "M" bodies in 1978 and 1979.

Yep. A finned center cone with a red center. My buddy had a triple black fully loaded 77 LeBaron coupe with those wheels with 1 inch wide whitewalls. A real looker.
