Although something is up with the title and seller seems suspicious...

So you talked with him? Why did you conclude what you did?

It does seem the road wheels, washer bottle, rim blow steering wheel and dashpad are likely worth the price alone depending on more detailed photos. Judging by the seats, and the rest of what I am seeing, I wonder what the odometer shows?

Exchanged an email. Lien on the title, he picked up the car in a sale. Wants buyer to remedy lien, or move it out of state. Very energetic about crypto currency. I guess too many unknowns for me.

Did he happen to mention how much is remaining on the lien?
Looks like a decent car.

No, just said bought from an impound on lien papers. Said it runs. Didn’t get any more info than that. I was really just trying to get some more photos and info so that I could post on here.

Same colour combo as the 73 I had ages ago before the rot claimed it (I grew up in the rust belt of ON Canada). Kept the road wheels and what was left went to the wreckers...back then you couldn't give away a 400 drivetrain.

This one tempts me a LOT due to this nostalgia.

My dad had a '73....light green. This has a nice interior it looks like.

Love the color combo! Must have a factory stereo, and telescopic wheel too. I don't see a Cassette or a sunroof though. I'd love this car!

I called the guy and talked about his car. Although it looks nice in the 3 photos, the owner says it really isn't a "pristine" car, rather a car that has been left outside most of its existence with worn thin paint, only fair chrome and an interior that may look nice but isn't. He said the seats were worn and disintegrating. Also, the dashpad has cracks in it and it has other issues. As such, I do not have interest in it.

Hey Steve.....You guessed it, is it a good driver? I also noticed the steering wheel....looks familiar!!

No Bob, it has one of those abominations to keep running for a carburetor - a Holley 2 bbl. Actually they run really well when the airhorn isn't warped, but he says it will not idle and stumbles if you can get it to move. Typical Holley 2 bbl.

Buy it for the steering wheel Bob and I will take the road wheels off your hands!
