This has been my daily driver for 11 years. 3/4 ton leafs proffesionaly done, used it to tow a race car. 440/727/3.91 open diff. Motor was re ringed and total rebuild 3 yrs ago. Very low mile 452 heads steering and susp. All new at that time also except for low ball joints. Big rad out of tow package 77 Newport. Good rubber,Newport grilles still have original new yorker grilles. I drove it from NE Ohio to baton route last year absolutely no issues. The trans just started to slip into high gear about 6 months ago however drove it to Chicago anyway. I just let off the throttle to shift. No problems to speak of. Now cosmeticly way to many issues to list. All I've done is maintain it mechanically. Rear window motor is gone, bottom 6" of car is rough all the way around. Headliner gone, fuel gauge broke ( float I believe), turn signal switch broke etc. Etc. Floors and frame no rot 2500 bucks NE ohio IMG_20140523_164342.jpgIMG_20140523_164726.jpgIMG_20140523_164743.jpgIMG_20140523_164818.jpgIMG_20140523_164831.jpg

Can you describe the seat of the pants feel and/or quantify the gas mileage difference with and w/o the fresh air system Dana?

Actually the fresh air is just a remnant of what once was. Before the rebuild 3 yrs ago she wore stage VI heads, performer rpm,780 vac. secondaries,2800 Hughes conv. 3.91 sure grip, comp roller rockers. Cheetah reverse valve body. All that's left now is the comp 262xe cam and the fresh air. That being said, she gets 10.5 -11 mpg. When I got down south Louisiana (sea level) it got 14.5 highway mpg!! Highway speeds is where the fresh air helps. When it had the 780 Holley I definitely noticed a difference in throttle response from say 70 mph and faster.
