I'm meeting up with the fellow who owns the black 72 Imperial coupe, a 74 anniversary edition coupe, (one of 57 built), and the 61 300G project. Tomorrow afternoon.
I should have some more information on where he's at with these cars, and some pictures of the 74.

Hope you can get some info on the 72 coupe. I am finding the color combo interesting and love the 72-73 2dr body style!

Please post pictures of all these cars.

Didn't you post a thread about these cars a year or two ago?

More like about 6 months ago. The 64 Imperial convertible, a 72 Imperial coupe and the 61 300G.
I hope to see and take pictures of the 74 today.
The fellow has a limited schedule and hard to work out a time to meet up. In our last phone conversation he indicated he was in over his head with projects and is willing to sell all the cars.

Today I hope to find out how close to reality he is on their values. I've printed copys of market review values of each car and a 1-5 condition guideline. I'll let him study them and won't pressure him for values today. I'll report back. Hopefully we can find these cars a new home and the TLC they need and deserve.

Will, don't disclose any direct contact info, if you know what I am saying...

Even I know what you're saying, or maybe I just think I do? lol

I'm sure every lurker here don't have a clue...

Well....... A bummer happened. The owner of the cars got busy and couldn't make it yesterday. We talked today and will try getting together again next Friday..... :waiting:
Hopefully a little patience will pay off.

I had a very successful meeting with the owner of these Chryslers and Imperials this morning. He is a great guy and it seemed like we came out of the same mold. We both gained out appreciation of the big Chryslers throught our dads ownership of them back in the day. A real, knowledgable car guy.
He has other car interests also and knows he is buried in projects, and so wants to thin the herd. He is also very realistic about the values of his cars and realizes he won't get a return on his investment on some of them.
Here's what he has.

1964 Crown convertible. engine rebuilt, runs good, replacements for damaged right fender and door included.needs restoration........ $5K
1972 Imperial coupe, black white top & interior.... Pending notification of an interested member here.
1974 Imperial crown coupe anniversary, special edition, (one of 57 built). Nice condition, running and driving, weak original paint. I haven't seen if but will soon, I'll shoot pictures and get a firm price then.
1960 New Yorker two door hard top project, missing some trim but he says it's a good solid car. $2500.00. I'll get pictures ASAP.
1961 300G two door H/T. project. We may be close to working out a trade/cash deal for my 65 Coronet. Stay tuned.
