Cause nobody would then take the time to atleast come look at it..

If he hadn't put that little "disclaimer" in and I'd spent the time to go look at it, expecting "A" and getting a POS "B", I'd find a creative use for jumper cables and a lug wrench and see if the seller could tell the difference!
