You have to pay alittle more for the real deal. Looks like worth at least a phone call.

Seller might consider providing additional authenticating details..at least the fender tag..to help confirm its identity as a "real" police car.

But if someone is interested in it, based on what we can see in his listing, I agree with Pete K. its at least worth a phone call.
