Good evening.

No Lean Burn system. Don’t believe it was a delete. I believe it didn’t come with that option.
9,197 miles (could have turned over)
Auto Temp II HVAC system.
Car is in Florida.
I purchased this car in 2021 with a working AC. 2022 the OE compressor failed and I purchased a rebuild on eBay from a reputable seller and it worked.
December 2024 the blower stopped working. AC did work, blower did not and AC only flowed through the vents faintly while car was in motion. This has been my problem since December and now we are having 90 degree days.
I didn’t do the electrical test of the motor. I just replaced the blower (all day job) and replaced the Blower Resistor (under the dash).
Issue now;
Blower doesn’t work at all. Not even the AC compressor. Pulley spins, belts are fine. Clutch is not engaging. Checked Freon (retrofitted with 134a in 2022) and Freon was full.
Checked the vacuum lines from firewall to the heater control valve. One black line on the very top.
Orange on top (of side nipples)
Green on bottom (of side nipples)
Grey (I discovered this weekend - four years into ownership) that the grey was plugged. (Plugged into the end of an old school hose clamp. Male and of the pressure clamp inserted into the grey line)
Where does that grey line go to?
I can’t find any source to properly ply it into that’s whiting the grey lines length.
Canister on passenger inner fender well has the black and purple plugged into.
Didn’t see or hear or feel any cracks/leaks.
When changing the spark plugs two years ago, I accidentally unplugged the vacuum lines to the heater control valve and learned that when properly connected, the AC compressor clutch engaged.
Not the case now.
I believe my lines are in the correct locations.
What was new to me was the grey vacuum lines. Where should that go?
Also…. The green line slipped and was severed/sealed when it sat in contact with the exhaust manifold for a period of time that I only discovered this last week and I replaced the blower motor and the resistor. I cut both ends that had melted closed and connected a skinny black vacuum hose (slightly longer) than what it was before. Approximately 6/7” longer.
That’s all I can tell you guys in advance as to what’s going on.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
A photo of your canister and the heater from valve showing the the colored vacuum lines connected to the correct nipples. And especially… where is tyat Grey line supposed to go?
Oh… AC hose on top of compressor was freezing a few weeks ago before I replaced the motor. I turned my Auto Temp II off so no “faint AC” air flowing through the vents until I replaced the blower. I was afraid that the freezing would do damage to the system but now… nothing.
No blower working, not even in VENT mode, AC or Defroster. NADA. And no AC compressor engaging. NOTHING, NADA.
Thank you in advance.
